Dear Ms. ASA,
Ms. Baptiste is not only kind but polite as well. She didn’t even raise the point that should be of great interest to ever “American Florida State Citizen” of the State properly called “Florida.” Based on semantic deceit, “the state of Florida,” is being misrepresented as the legitimate state of the Continental United States of America…”Florida.” You see how easy that was?
Ms. Baptiste, described the criminal impersonators as “highway robbers,” but to be more precise, they are really pirates. Pirates from the jurisdiction of the Sea. More explicit details are explained in the affidavit which was just sent to Mr. Scott, a criminal impersonator, posing as your governor. As a reporter, your news agency, if indeed it too is legitimate, might be interested in asking Mr. Scott about his complicity in this criminal enterprise which has been in operation for many years.
Some interesting points worthy of mention?
- The crime of piracy committed on the innocent peaceful citizens of the land jurisdiction, that jurisdiction would include most legitimate citizens of the lawful Florida, carries with it the “death penalty.”
- The “quasi” government agencies to which Ms. Baptiste refers, like the “federal Reserve bank,” are private corporations and have nothing at all to do with legitimate government. These branches of the national franchise are controlled by the Washington, DC Corporation cleverly named, again…using semantic deceit, the United States of American, Incorporated.
- Mr. Scott is really an impostor, impersonating the lawful governor of the legitimate state…Florida. He is really a franchise manager under the direction of the Washington, DC franchise.

Subject: 2016 No More Tolls!! Constitutional Amendment to Stop Out of Control Taxation
Email sent via the WFTV website.
You missed some very key points about the petition and the “true cost of toll abuse”. I have been fighting toll abuse for many years. I would like to have an in-depth discussion with you about it. For example:
The various Florida “Expressway Authorities” such as the “Central Florida Expressway Authority” are quasi governmental agencies that have been given the right to tax us. YES….TOLLS ARE TAXES! Toll taxes and gas taxes are both “user fees”.
This power to tax equates to taxation without representation. This is never discussed. Floridians do NOT elect anyone to these quasi governmental authorities, yet they are given full authority to make public policy and tax the people. This is not right.
Next….Per the Florida State Constitution, Public Private Partnerships are not allowed. P3s are used for the I-4 toll lanes. This amounts to the collusion of government and the private sector. This is not right.
Next….Toll taxes are the most regressive form of transportation tax. Lower income individuals cannot afford to use them and smaller businesses are choked by them. Additionally, everyone’s cost of living is impacted by the cost of transportation. Yes….Grandma’s cost of living goes up when the cost of transportation goes up!!
Next…..Cost analysis…Gas Tax vs Toll Tax….If you drive the entire length of the 408 and based on 15 MPG the toll tax equates to about a $2.00 per gallon gas tax!!! In Orange County, the gas tax is 48 cents per gallon. Hmmmm! I wonder why no one is talking about this fact???
Next……There are many better options to fund roads if the goal was to improve transportation for the least cost. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Toll taxes are a cash cow for the special interests. The I-4 Lexus Lanes will do NOTHING to relieve congestion on I-4 AND during rush hour the rates will be higher which blocks lower income motorists from accessing the express – aka Lexus Lanes. They call this “dynamic pricing”. I call it highway robbery! Please let me know if you would like to discuss these options in more detail.
Bottom line…. Transportation is critical to our economy, emergency services, law enforcement, national security and overall quality of life. The State of Florida has been reckless and has abused it’s authority. The people of Florida are not being served. Toll taxes amount to robbery by the modern day highway man. THIS IS WHY WE NEED THIS CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Floridians need a voice in transportation taxes. Right now we have taxation without representation.
I look forward to your response.
