The unscrupulous liars really did more than stretch the truth. They lied and committed fraud! This proves the Congress was comprised of criminally motivated impostors…even then!
As you will find, the verdict is in. There is no debate or discussion required.
The crimes fully and faithful documented by official Constitutionally compliant government officials of the Georgia State legislature; both The House and Senate. They were joined by at least 10 more states.
The full faith and credit clause requires the recognition of these facts by all states. So we have members of the Congress caught in the crime of fraud. This is not speculation mind you. The conclusions are documented and the crimes themselves documented.
Plus this confirmation.
Utah Supreme Court decided the 14th amendment was unconstitutional – So did the state of Ga. and 10 other states.
What more is needed?
When I reported this issue to my state legislator…as I see it…he committed treason. Now why would he do that if there was not something important about this issue?
Something the BAR association did not wish to address (notice reference to “conferred with counsel” and “law enforcement”). And something the current members of this corporate franchise do not wash to be revealed.
Maybe I over-reacted with my view of treason? Well here is his official response to me.
You be the judge:
Geeze…! WOW…what a response from a man impersonating a public servant. What was the question?

Our country is in the same condition today it was in 154 years ago when the Confederate President Jefferson Davis’ inaugural address was given. It makes for very interesting reading. The South calls the Civil War the War of Northern Aggression. I now agree. The Southern states, for good cause related to trade and unequal treatment, peacefully and voluntarily left the union to ensure their rural concerns were represented, not just those of the merchant and industrial interests of the North. Contrary to what we’ve been told, slavery was not the main issue at the time. The Southern states had already ended the slave trade. While others may disagree, I believe there was no need for this war. As far as I can now see, it was incited by the so-called Radical Republicans to conquer not only the South, but constitutional government itself. Their objectives were accomplished with the unconstitutional Lieber Code (martial law), defeat of the South, the unconstitutional Reconstruction Act, and the unconstitutional “passage” of the 14th Amendment.

Hi Kirk. Go to the site “This Day in the Civil War”. On this day in 1861 President Jefferson Davis gave his Inaugural Address to the new Confederate State of America. They have the entire address on the site. A very interesting read that begs the age old question, “Does History Repeat Itself?”
