ridgway81432 commented on Orly Taitz – Member of the California State Bar #223433 I submitted a Colorado Open Records Act …

I have to ask this question, who is this attorney’s legal malpractice insurance company? I would not be one bit surprised that it is a branch of the Colorado State BAR. That’s how it worked in my State, and guess who I sued? and they settled out of court!

I got what I could out of the legal malpractice insurance I could, but it took me an incredible amount of effort, 4 years of digging up the dirt and thousands of hours of legal research and quite a pile of hard bound law books too, and online studies to finish the job. In the end true justice never truly prevailed, but I learned so much about law, most lawyers when they hear my name are quite uncomfortable with even speaking to me, and that by itself means they bear watching carefully by me. I even give Judges the creeps, and that is a true pleasure to see them nervous for once.
They bear the most scrutiny of all, and right now I have an ALJ tied up in knots, he has no oath of Office on record and he flat out refused to answer where his oath could be found, so I recused him on the record and in front of two witnesses, and now the State BAR, and Secretary of States office is investigating this matter as well, oh well, another one bites the dust. I’m quite infamous now among those who practice law. His days of being an ALJ will be soon over, and since technically he isn’t a Judge, without an Oath of Office, he has no judicial immunity either, so I will see him in court, and this time it’s going to be even easier then the first time, this is no longer uncharted waters for me now.

I want to warn others this does not come easy, if you have been burned by a lawyer, there is no burn like the burn of injustice in your guts. It takes a huge amount of time to finish what the shyster has done to any who have been screwed by those who control our courts, and they are, every single one of them, a member of a State or County BAR associations. Yes, I said county BAR associations, where defense lawyers, prosecutors and Judges can sit down over dinner, have a few drinks, and talk shop, lot’s of interesting stuff indeed… It’s good to know you can break the ice and still maintain a working relationship with the BAR, they aren’t all bad, but they play a hard game, you just have to start thinking like a lawyer if you want to play in their game, and it’s not checkers, it’s more like three dimensional Chess, with a 4th dimension buried in time, I say time because it takes a lot of that in the legal game.
