Government Corruption; A Public Servant who decided to commit TREASON!

Misprision of a Felony

However, I have taken the position that as responsible Americans, our job is to call out the fraud and criminal behavior and to press the required charges to publicly identify those behind the abuses of our system of government.  This idea is based upon the following:
Public Notice of the crime of fraud reported to public officer Travis Allen

  1. A government is comprised of individual people.
  2. The people elected to public office have the responsibility to act in accordance with the agreements under which they assumed office. The oath is a performance contract.
  3. Those individuals who decide to violate those agreements do so willingly and with full knowledge of the consequences of their crimes:  Treason!

Testing for compliance with the law:

  1. The Travis Allen Affair – District 72 – California

While technically, those accused of criminal behavior are innocent until proven guilty, it is also the duty and obligation of “the government” of the people to investigate and prosecute the offenders.  Failing in that responsibility then the people through common law instruments must perform the duties and responsibilities of the public officers who have failed to honor their obligations.

So what about the oath of office?
