It appears as a commentary to the case in dissent, but it was uttered by a “federal” judge. And it is in fact the truth, as anyone who can fog a mirror can attest.
Just what is “the state”, Larry? Which “State of Ohio” or “STATE OF OHIO” is bringing suit in each and every case before any court? Hmm? Does the dirt and water of Ohio rise up and accuse one? No. And if it is NOT the land and the water that brings these suits and accusations, what is it, but a construct of men’s minds and their agreements? SHOW US the “State” and also, while you are at it, point out “THE UNITED STATES”—-if these things are NOT “legal fictions” they should be easy to specifically identify. You should be able to just point across the room and see the “State of Ohio” standing there in a frock suit, an immortal and inflamed injured party, ready to bring charges over the latest trespass against its “law” and morality—- and yet…..?
No, the best you can do is point at a man—another lawyer, as it happens—who pretends to “represent” the “State of Ohio” or the “STATE OF Ohio” and pretty soon at the rate things are going, we will have ten different lawyers all pretending to “represent” some other “state”—- lets see….. we could have “State for Ohio” and “State of Ohio” and “state of ohio” and “state of OHIO” and “STATE for OHIO” and “Ohio” and “OHIO” and “Ohio state” and “OHIO state” and…..Jesus, have mercy on your soul, if you cannot or will not see and admit the truth that is written and before your eyes, Larry.
We’ve already seen that the real state — the geographically defined state— has no power to create “laws” or bring charges or be injured. It’s all bogus to claim otherwise. So…..you still want to argue about Penhallow and the obvious truth of the matter? Any idiot standing on the street corner can make the same or better observations about the “court” and the “legal” system than the dissent in Penhallow. Any HONEST man who ever practiced law of any kind would admit as much or more about the system he services, but here you are, trying to discount the real truth of the matter because your brethren down at the Bar Association have endeavored to hide the dissent in this case the same way they have endeavored to hide the original Constitution and the 13th Amendment and entirely too many other things.
The Bar Associations and every member of them across America stand accused, Larry. That includes you. These things are NOT the business and profession of housewives and great-grandmothers and it is an immortal shame before God that we have had to spend decades of our lives learning and researching the law — the REAL LAW—-because members of your profession have been so completely dishonest, immoral, and irresponsible toward their fellow man, have worked so diligently to promote a system of fictions, lies, and deceits to enslave others and profit from their enslavement—- that the “rest of us” have had to do your work for you, and now have to take time out to explain it all to you.
P.S. I don’t take credit cards or “personal” checks, so just forget about the $2500.

A popular patriot argument is based on the case of “Penhallow v. Doane’s Administrators, 3 U.S. 54; 1 L. Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54″, and it is alleged that in this case, the Supreme Court stated as follows:
“Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary – having neither actuality nor substance – is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. therefor can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.”
