A question regarding the 13th Amendment
Dear Judge Anna,
A question has been posed upon which your great council is requested.
Would you be kind enough to render an opinion on the Courts and the Hiding of the Original 13th between 1809 and 1825; it not being in the 1828 Publication of the Constitution, and why people think it happened in 1860 or 61.
Does this appear to be one more part of a well planned False Flag and it is based on the library burning during War of 1812?
