If there are still any doubting Thomas’s the following seems very convincing even to the most hard headed patriots….
Expressing my opinions here as a citizen, I take this threat as a violation of my civil rights. A violation under the color of law.
Any public officer who is a party to this or even aware of this violation of the Constitution is also culpable. This is because it is well known that any action repugnant to the Constitution is an unlawful act.
As a public officer they are obligated to protect the Constitution in accordance to their oath. There are no excuses and no restrictions to obeying their oath of office. It is a contract with the people they serve. When a public officer accepts payment from the public trust
the contract is consummated. In fact public service itself is a trust and public servants are trustees governed by trust law.
Public servants, especially members of Congress, by permitting such violations of the Constitution also violate their oath. Therefore they are now subject to the consequences.
Violation of the oath is perjury, insurrection and rebellion against the Constitution of the United States. Since the failure of any public officer to comply with their oath is a clear violation of their oath, they are also stripped of any immunity normally provided by the protection of their public service. As a result they become personally financially liable for any damages to those affected by their failures to enforce the Constitutional protections.
Anyone disagreeing with my stated position on this matter is more than welcome to straighten me out on this. Please feel free to
