20 October 2013
Representative Ron Barber
House of Representatives
Washington, DC 20515-0302
Open Letter Subject: I am considering bringing criminal charges against you. Why should I not do so?
Dear Congressman Barber:
I want publicly to thank you for your letter of 5 September 2013, regarding your efforts to combat illegal immigration, attached as file
That sounds pretty good, I guess. But actions speak louder than words. Are our borders and our nation secure? Are Americans secure in their homes? Are you vigorously defending the Second Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America? Anyway, I thought that you wrote a good letter.
But the reason for this letter from me is that I would like to point you to the information available at
and URLs directly related to those and to the subject as a whole;
and, to ask you for a clear response, to include certified copies of both your Oath of Office and your personal bonding papers, and together with whatever you might like to say in defense of your fellow Congressional and Senatorial representatives from the State of Arizona and of yourself.
I have chosen to make this an open letter because the Webpage provided by your Office does not today recognize my 85704-6742 ZIP Code as being in your District. Due to recent gerrymandering, I am now in Congressional District 1. However, as one of your former constituents, I believe that I have standing.
This opportunity to dissuade me from pursuing the filing of a criminal complaint against you is made publicly and your response will also be treated as of public record.
Therefore, I am asking Arnie Rosner to make this letter and the attachment of your 5 September 2013 letter to me public, as a Webpage at his scannedretina.com Website.
Thank you for giving these matters your highest priority.
