To those in government who are in denial and attempting to influence others to believe the American Sovereign is dead….
In an exchange with several interested parties both across America and internationally, the following opinions were discussed.
It is we the people who are the final arbiters:
From the Constitution
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a
more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility,
provide for the common defense, promote the general
Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and
our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the
United States of America.
We create the governments and they are expressly created to perform the work of the people. Not to dictate to the people and to direct the activities of the people…and certainly not to threaten, coerce or intimidate the people; The people for whom they work and the people from whom whose grace and generosity their jobs were created.
Taking the liberty of paraphrasing here a bit, to confirm their agreement and compliance, each member of government, each elected official at all levels, federal, state, county, city and military, has subscribed to their respective oath, dictated by the Constitutional requirements, to be elected and to hold and execute public office.
Here is an example of the oath being administered and under the conditions of employment accepted by the oath taker:
In that oath they specify they agree to abide by this oath voluntarily and with no reservations. In turn this entitles them be lawfully seated in public office and to receive just compensation from the respective public trust to which they have become trustees. They have therefore contracted to perform the peoples business and have willingly accepted fiduciary responsibility to manage the people’s trust.
As in the case of any employees who deviate from the prescribed laws governing contracts and trusts, they then become personally liable for their respective conduct. This case is no exception. The violations are legion. The abuse is all documented and a matter of public record.
We have firm clear directions as to how to handle this situation in the Declaration of Independence. You both know this and so does everyone else in the government; in fact probably most of the world:
From the Unanimous Declaration of Independence
We hold these truths to be self‐evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness
Now as to how we execute the necessary remedies to this situation? May I: also express my opinion here that the Constitution is acknowledged to be the supreme law of the land. As in the Declaration of independence, We the People are given the mandate to:
alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government.
Please note that there are no restrictions or limitations imposed. There are no statutes or rules applied to these instructions since the laws of the Constitution trump all other other rules or man made limitations.
Therefore, as the people, without any types of additional requirements or inhibitions, we the people, are empowered by our supreme law of the land to perform our civic responsibility to ourselves, each other and future generations of Americans.
