Dissolve the Corporation

Calling them on a violation of their oaths is better.  (The following is yet to be confirmed).

  • Call for their oath – the sworn oath, with sworn accompanying affidavit, as prescribed by the Constitution.
  • Call for their bond – Constitution calls for elected official to be bound by oath.  The bond is a financial guarantee of compliance.
  • Call for their commission – Issued by the appropriate authority, a certificate certifying the legitimacy of oath takers elected office.

When suits are brought against the bonds of elected officials  for violating their oath, The bonding companies have a reluctance to issue future bonds.  An elected official who is not bondable is an elected official no more. The rep looses the ability to hold office.
