FCC Reg 99-390 = “Serve the Public Interest”
“Those who broadcast television programming thus have a significant impact on society.
Given the impact of their programming and their use of the public airwaves, broadcasters have a special role in
serving the public. For over seventy years, broadcasters have been required by statute to serve the “public interest,
convenience, and necessity.” Congress has charged the Federal Communications Commission with the
responsibility of implementing and enforcing this public interest requirement. Indeed, this is the “touchstone” of the
Commission’s statutory duty in licensing the public airwaves. Under the Communications Act of 1934, the
Commission may issue, renew, or approve the transfer of a broadcast license only upon first finding that doing so

With that being said……
The news media via local network affiliates continue to violate FCC Reg 99-390, “Serve the Public Interest”. In fact the news media not only fails to serve the public interest, their actions are AGAINST THE PUBLIC INTEREST!
Think about it……The news media’s FALSE reporting of the Republican Presidential Nomination has a major impact on our country. There can be no doubt that the news media has conspired with the RNC along with other members of the “Ballot Box Establishment” to manipulate and corrupt the outcome of the Republican Primaries. Thus, corrupting the outcome of the Republican nomination for President of the U.S.A. To aid in the corruption of our Presidential election fails to serve the public interest. The corruption of our Presidential election should not be taken lightly.
The news media affiliates work in COLLUSION with the RNC-GOP to falsely report on the Republican Primaries and the facts about the delegates for the convention. The media knowingly, falsely reports the facts about the Romney – Paul primary status. To falsely report (aka lie) about presidential primaries that affect the outcome of a presidential election goes AGAINST THE PUBLIC INTEREST. This behavior from network affiliate stations is a VIOLATION OF FCC REG 99-390. THAT MEANS IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THE NEWS MEDIA TO WORK IN COLLUSION AND/OR CONSPIRE WITH ANY POLITICAL PARTY OR ORGANIZATION TO INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME OF AN ELECTION.
The result of this collusion/conspiracy is “We the People” are denied the representation of our choice. There can be no doubt that it is time to challenge the illegal activities/collusion/conspiracy of the RNC and the DNC with the news media. It can easily be proven in a court of law that the RNC and the various network news affiliates have conspired to manipulate the outcome of the Republican primaries.

What can be done about the violations of FCC 99-390?
If you are tired of the news media conspiring with the RNC and the DNC to manipulate our elections, if you are tired of the false reporting, the intentional lack of reporting, slanted reporting, etc. etc. etc. then make a decision to learn more FCC 99-390 and make a decision to take action. Learn about FCC Reg 99-390 and consider taking action to seek a legal remedy to suspend the FCC licenses against affiliate stations that openly promote false reporting and reporting that goes against the public interest. One more thing you should think about……What is the impact on our elections when a presidential candidate is a major investor in talk radio? The news media did not report this fact either. any candidate for any public or party office except the
nominee of the Republican Party or a candidate who is
unopposed in the Republican primary after the filing
deadline for that office. In those states where state law
establishes a nonpartisan primary in which Republican
candidates could participate, but in which the general
election may not include a Republican candidate, the
candidate endorsed by a convention held under the
authority of the state Republican Party shall be
recognized by the Republican National Committee as
the Republican nominee.
(b) No state Republican Party rule or state
law shall be observed that allows persons who have
participated or are participating in the selection of any
nominee of a party other than the Republican Party,
including, but not limited to, through the use of a multiparty
primary or similar type ballot, to participate in the
selection of a nominee of the Republican Party for that
general election. No person nominated in violation of
this rule shall be recognized by the Republican National
Committee as the nominee of the Republican Party
from that state.
RULE NO. 38
Unit Rule
No delegate or alternate delegate shall be
bound by any attempt of any state or Congressional
district to impose the unit rule.

Well, we see the Ron Paul machine is still in full gear and just like the Lame-stream Media has tried to call the TEA Party dead and insignificant, so they are trying with Ron Paul. the proof is in the pudding and the fat lady has NOT sung in this matter. “We the People” will have our collective voices heard and “We the People” will NOT accept their reality; we will submit our own reality!
