“We the People,” Revoke the Delegated Authority of the de facto Congress!

Dear Sheriff Hutchens,

Disturbed by the recent turn of events where Mr. Obama, acting upon his own, I write you today, seeking Constitutional protections of your office for all Orange County Residents.

Quite recently, Sheriff, without any known provocation and without consulting or seeking the approval of Congress, The usurper Obama, who has submitted a forged document, 83400342-Obama-Eligibility-Report-From-Joe-Arpaio-and-Company to the American people to falsely substantiate his qualifications as president and Commander in Chief, unlawfully and without proper authority, committed treason against the United States of America.  This act of treason was also against the American People.

He committed this act of treason, by issuing unlawful military orders launching an unlawful and unconstitutional invasion against the country of Libya.   In the weeks that have followed, from what I can determine, no one as yet has a clear understanding of the reasons behind this action.

After I reviewed the following address to Congress by Congressman Tom McClintock,  I am compelled to contact you and alert you to this dangerous situation.  I urge you to take a few moments from your busy schedule to also review this important statement.

I see the irresponsible and unrestrained actions initiated by Mr. Obama as an escalation of his further abuse of power and in direct violation of the Constitution.  His unilateral decision to embroil our nation in what I can only view as an undeclared illegal war poses a clear and present danger to our national security and sovereignty.

Since Mr. Obama is openly defying Congress, his actions constitute what I can only describe as high crimes and misdemeanors and treason against the citizens of the United States. 

Sheriff…as I see it…our federal government is at war!

Not just with Libya…But with the people of the United States as well! 

Sheriff Hutchens…unlike what some of the domestic terrorists in the Obama Administration would suggest and attempt to have us believe, this is not a matter of a “political question”…many of these acts by the administration are terrorist acts against the people of this great nation.  Terrorist acts committed by domestic terrorists employed by the Obama administration; part of our current unlawful, unethical and immoral government. 

I submit to you dear Sheriff, the government in power today is NOT the government, we the people elected in 2008.  With the complicity of the 111th and 112th Congress, this government has been subverted to a competing form of unconstitutional government by the criminal actor Obama and his accomplices through unconstitutional means.  Mr. Obama and all of those involved have committed treason against the people of these United States.

Now as to the remedy of this dilemma, during your installation as our elected sheriff you made some pretty courageous and incredibly dedicated statements regarding how you view your responsibilities as the chief law enforcement officer in Orange County.  If I may, let me just refresh my recollection by playing your exact words:

It would seem the well-known expert in these Constitutional matters, Sheriff Mack, also holds the same view with respect to the duties and responsibilities of the County sheriff.  Hear him describe this awesome responsibility:

Sheriff…as one of the people to whom you acknowledge you are accountable, I ask you to immediately join in with and organize other county sheriffs across the nation and invoke aggressive, offensive actions as necessary, to protect our nation.

We are in the middle of a Constitutional crisis and as a Constitutional officer, as you have so clearly articulated, we understand it is your responsibility to act to protect the Constitution.  And now it has never been more important for all of us to live up to our commitments to protect the Constitution and our republic.

Sheriff, secretly, we have been under attack for some time now, even President Kennedy in a speech to the members of the national news media attempted to warn us.  We have been under attack by subversive agents who have been operating under the radar of normal public awareness.

Even though President Kennedy appealed to influential members of the media to act responsibly,  the media has consistently failed to report critical events, which would have warned us as a people.  It appears to me, the independence of the media has been compromised.  There is strong evidence the media owners are under the direct influence of the Obama administration and has deliberately refrained from sounding the alarm!

The following list of unlawful actions, orchestrated by the federal government, has finally become so apparent that they can no longer be denied! It is a matter of public knowledge:

• The case of the Gunrunner incident,
• The DOJ dismissing cases based on racial bias,
• The DOJ cover-up:Racketeering (new)
• The failed efforts to protect our borders,
• A suit filed against the state of Arizona and
• Mr. Obama’s fraudulent use of a  deceased person’s Social Security Card
• The most recent affront to the American people is the submission by Mr. Obama of a fraudulent birth certificate that he was using to attest to his eligibility to even hold office.
• The passage of several pieces of legislation, by the Congress, which clearly violate the protections of the Constitution.
• The issuance of weekly Executive Orders all with an accumulated effect of seizing power over the resources and infrastructure of the entire nation, whether this nation is at war or not.

The continuing failure of Members of Congress, to act on all of the warnings and demands of the citizens have not only placed them in violation of their own oath of office, but also provides further evidence of their failure to faithfully execute the responsibilities of their elected office.

By failing to properly identify and assess the obvious threats and act in a reasonable and responsible manner to mitigate these attacks upon the Constitution and our lawful government, Congress, has abdicated its authority to exercise its proper balance of power and therefore has become impotent and moot.

Sheriff Hutchens…is Mr. Obama and are members of Congress above the law?  I think not!  But based on their actions thus far it appears that they believe it to be so.

It is therefor incumbent upon the people themselves to revoke the authority delegated to the members of Congress whom have failed to live up to their compact to fulfill their sacred duties to be true to their oath of office, to protect the Constitution and protect the public trust.  It has become necessary once more for the people to manage the affairs of government themselves.

Under these conditions, the founding documents direct the citizens to take actions to protect our republic as described in the following passages of the declaration of Independence.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

This is where you come in Sheriff.  You are the highest-ranking authority through whom we as citizens are enabled to carry out this Constitutional edict!  It is time we act to restore our current government, and your help is needed!

We need your assistance in maintaining order and to provide a positive legal environment in which “We the People” can carry out the necessary administrative activities to restore our rightful republic in accordance with the wisdom imparted in our original founding documents.

Further we require immediate action to assure our continued safety and security against what appears to me to be a federal government that is in the hands of a foreign power.  It would seem the first order of business is to investigate those members of Congress and government who are actively perpetuating what appears to be these acts of treason.  We will call upon you soon to begin to coordinate these investigations.
